There are many more places that are more haunted than the list below, however, the one listed here is rated the highest among all. 

1. The Deadly Junction in GeorgeTown






According to certain sources, this T-Junction is located beside a Union High School.
The Story: Many accidents had happen in this area and also there is an unknown tree that looks like a lady carrying a child right beside the road. Some says that that particular “lady tree with the child” screams in the middle of the night. Based on passer by’s opinion, the lady use to be a witch who kidnapped her sister’s son.

2. St. Michael’s Institution in Ipoh





This school right here was built in 1912 by Catholic missionaries.
The Story: During World War 2, the Japanese used this place as their headquarters and many prisoners are captured and tortured in this school. On the other side, there are plenty of tunnels and secret pathway that haven’t been discovered as they are all sealed tight after the Japanese left. There were certain people who witness a headless Brother dressed in black robe and holding praying beads sitting in a Chapel in the fourth floor of the school. The Chapel still exist until today.

3. Malay College in Kuala Kangsar


This location used to be another camp for the Japanese back then in World War 2. It was mainly used for executions of the prisoners back then.
The Story: Many students in this college have seen and experience it. There were cases whereby students saw a shadow of a man hanged himself from a tree, chain noises dragging on the floor and even marching platoon which can be heard coming from the field.

4. Bukit Tunku in Kuala Lumpur

This is one of the high end housing areas in Kuala Lumpur. The area is pretty much covered with huge trees and little mountains. Bungalows are built in the particular area.
The Story: Few years back, there were two motorcyclist racing their way in that area and one of them crashed and died on the spot while making a sharp turn. Since then, there were rumors going around about sighting of a  motorcyclist at high speed which mysteriously vanish in the dark.

5. Poliklinik Cheras in Kuala Lumpur


This building right here used to be a government hospital and for unknown reasons, it is now abandoned.
The Story: According to certain people, there are dead bodies still kept in the building.

6. Genting Highlands Resort in Kuala Lumpur


Yes. This is a good 4 star resort and gambling center. We are pretty sure many people have been here but not knowing that it is haunted.
The Story: Many people in Genting Highlands stayed and gambled in this hotel before. Many also has lost all their life savings here which lead to suicide in this particular hotel. Many visitors here has witness a man wearing a red jumpsuit jumping from the building and disappear before hitting the ground.

7. Pudu Prison in Kuala Lumpur

Once upon a time, the Pudu Prison has stored the most prisoners among all prisons in Malaysia. However, the building is now abandoned due to the surrounding area which became commercialized.
The Story: There are many witness of an Indian man walking in the prison’s hallway and disappearing in the corner. Also many screams were heard around the area as the place has one of the most violent deaths record in Malaysia.

8. Victoria Institution in Kuala Lumpur

One of the most famous landmark in Kuala Lumpur similar to Ipoh’s St Michael Institution. It is one of the base for the Japanese back then during World War 2.
The Story: Many British soldiers and locals were brutally tortured to death in this school. There were many cases of students getting possessed by spirits. These possessed students behave violently at times by harming other students and even teachers.
