Malaysia Airlines and Boeing are to face the wrath of the family members of MH370 passengers once again, with a lawsuit filed against them.
According to The Star, it is understood as of now that that court documents have been filed in a court in Chicago by some family members.
Representatives of Chicago-based firm Ribbeck Law Chartered have been in Kuala Lumpur the last few days and have met family members to discuss details of the lawsuit. Ribbeck is one of the leading aviation law firms in the world.
Not all family members of the 239 victims were involved in the litigation process.
Boeing, the manufacturers of the 777-200 aircraft, has also been on the receiving end of a number of lawsuits in the past.
The search efforts intensify today with vessels from six countries today in the Indian Ocean, almost 3 weeks after the Malaysia Airlines flight mysteriously disappeared with 239 passengers and crew on board on Mar 8.
