The government reiterated today that it was sub-judice to
speak about the funds that were transferred into the personal accounts of Prime
Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

Azalina Othman Said said the question cannot be answered as the matter was put
into the court's consideration which was in line with the notice issued by the
speaker (Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia) on March 31.
She was responding to questions asked by Dr Ko Chung Sen
(DAP-Kampar) who had asked if Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak had any
knowledge about the money which were allegedly deposited into his private bank
accounts and if he needed to inform Bank Negara to ensure that there were no
elements of money laundering, misappropriation and corruption.
Ko also asked if Najib had obtained supportive documents to
show that the movement of the monies were legal including the status of the
RM42million of SRC International Sdn Bhd.
In March, Azalina had said that questions on the RM2.6 billion
political donation can no longer be raised in the August house.
She said that it was because such discussions were sub
judice due to the Malaysian Bar's application for a judicial review against
Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali.
