KUALA LUMPUR: Shops along around the vicinity of Dataran Merdeka begin to close as Bersih 4 protesters swelled.
Thousands of rally goers have made their way to Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman as they march towards Dataran Merdeka. Petty traders, however, have set up shops at the various Bersih gathering points to cater to the demonstrators.
The Bersih 4 illegal rally is scheduled to go on until midnight of Aug 30 at Dataran Merdeka and its vicinity.
The protesters started making their way to the designated gathering points as early as 11am today. Groups of protesters wearing yellow T-shirts were spotted near major city landmarks and roads here.
