KUALA LUMPUR: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad (pix) joined the participants of Bersih 4 at the Pasar Seni LRT station here.
The former prime minister arrived with former Umno minister Datuk Zaid Ibrahim, accompanied by four bodyguards, at about 4.10pm Sunday.
He was wearing a checkered blue shirt with a hat and was seen walking towards Central Market.
After speaking to reporters in front of Central Market, Dr Mahathir headed for Dataran Merdeka, where the bulk of Bersih 4 participants are gathered.
4.30pm: KL Komuter station - Dr Mahathir Mohamad and his wife Dr Siti Hasmah Ali arrive at the Kuala Lumpur Komuter station. The couple is accompanied by former law minister Zaid Ibrahim. The former premier is clad in a blue checkered shirt and sports a white fedora.
