JOHOR BAHRU: The Pulai Umno division today lodged a police report against a woman who allegedly insulted Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi on Facebook.
Johor Bahru Utara police chief ACP Mohd Taib Ahmad confirmed receiving a report from the division.
Pulai Umno division Puteri vice-chief Noraini Mohd Ali said a police report against the woman was made at the Skudai police station at 3.15pm.
She said police must take firm action against the woman to prevent abuse of the media to slander and insult leaders.
